Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. We pay return shipping for eligible no-reason returns and for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders. Custom items, final-sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not eligible for ordinary returns; this does not limit remedies for defective or incorrect goods. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.
